1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of veloriahskin.com and purchases from Veloriah Skin. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Veloriah Skin. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Additional website and rights information is available in our Legal Notice.

2. Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, unauthorized access or interference with its operation.

3. Products and product information

We sell beauty and personal care products prepared with Veloriah Skin branding by our fulfillment partner. Review the product description, ingredients and usage instructions before purchasing. Product images are illustrative; packaging, colors and appearance may vary. We aim to keep descriptions accurate and will address material errors that affect an order.

Follow the product label and any warnings. Beauty and skincare information on this website is general information and is not medical advice. Individual results vary. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice when needed. These statements do not remove your rights concerning unsafe, faulty or misdescribed products.

4. Prices, payment and promotions

The currency, product prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges and order total are shown at checkout before payment. Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Any promotion is subject to the conditions displayed with that offer. Payment must be successfully processed before an order can proceed to fulfillment. We will not charge an additional amount for an existing order without your agreement.

5. Order acceptance and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not guarantee stock availability or acceptance for fulfillment. We may need to verify payment, delivery details or product availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled, contains a material pricing or description error, or raises a reasonable concern about fraud, we will contact you about the available options. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the refund due to the original payment method. We will not substitute products without your agreement.

6. Order changes and cancellations

Double-check your products, quantities and shipping details before confirming your order. Once an order has been accepted for fulfillment and is being processed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. This includes changes to products, quantities and the shipping address, because production begins shortly after acceptance.

If you notice an issue, contact support@veloriahskin.com or use our Contact Us page as quickly as possible. We will check what help is available, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed. This restriction does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.

7. Shipping and delivery

We currently offer shipping to supported mainland United States destinations. We do not offer international shipping. Fulfillment may take place in the United States or Europe. Preparation and transit estimates, destination restrictions, checkout shipping charges and delivery issue procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If an order cannot be fulfilled within the stated preparation timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and available cancellation and refund options.

8. Returns, replacements and refunds

Because products are prepared with customized branding and packaging, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including unopened products. Damaged, defective or incorrect items and missing orders are reviewed under our Return and Refund Policy. Report shipping damage within one month of delivery and lost shipments within one month after the estimated delivery date so we can submit a claim to our fulfillment partner within its claim window. These claim windows do not limit rights required by applicable law.

All return, replacement and refund requests must be submitted through support@veloriahskin.com or our Contact Us page. Include your order number and issue details; for damaged or incorrect items, include photos of the product and packaging. Do not send products back without instructions from us.

9. Privacy and third-party services

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify, and payment, fulfillment and delivery services may involve third-party providers. External websites or services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Veloriah Skin remains your contact for questions about purchases from this store.

10. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, images, designs, logos and other materials belong to their respective owners or are used under permission or license. You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, sell or commercially reuse protected material without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law allows.

11. Website availability and consumer rights

We aim to maintain accurate information and a working store, but access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. Contact us if an error affects your order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
